Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Express Shipping

• $15.00 flat rate for expedited delivery in 1–2 business days.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. KELVO is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
